Project Overview:
Altrad provides comprehensive industrial rope access services to Esso Australia’s Bass Strait operations, encompassing structural, mechanical, electrical, insulation, coating, and industrial cleaning disciplines. The contract supports campaign and routine maintenance, shutdowns, and modification works across onshore and offshore facilities. The sites include the Longford Gas Plant, Long Island Point Plant, Barry Beach Marine Terminal, and 23 offshore oil and gas platforms. The service ensures efficient maintenance and operational reliability while adhering to stringent safety standards.
Scope:
Industrial rope access across all disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, insulation, coating and industrial cleaning) for Campaign and routine maintenance Shutdown activities and modification works at the Longford Gas Plant, Long Island Point Plant, Barry Beach Marine Terminal and all offshore oil and gas producing platforms in the Bass Strait.
Outcomes:
- Successfully maintained Esso’s critical infrastructure 20 offshore platforms & 3 subsea Installations (9x producing platforms 14x decommissioning) with zero LTIs, reinforcing operational safety and reliability.
