Aaron brings over two decades of experience across the mining, energy, and industrial services sectors to his role as Director – Corporate Development & Transformation, APAC. Leveraging his operational expertise and leadership background, Aaron is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and transformation programs that strengthen Altrad’s position across the Asia-Pacific region.

Having held senior leadership roles across maintenance, project services, asset integrity, and mining OEM operations, Aaron possesses a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing industrial businesses throughout the asset lifecycle. This depth of experience provides valuable insight into operational performance, asset management, and the strategic drivers that underpin sustainable business success.

Leading Altrad’s corporate development and transformation function across APAC, Aaron works closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, evaluate acquisitions, and deliver initiatives that enhance business performance and support sustainable growth.
